In response to the concerns raised by the Tourism Alliance during the transposition of the Package Travel Directive into UK legislation, BEIS is undertaking a review of the implementation of the new regulations.
Tourism operators are encouraged to complete the attached questionnaire and return it to BEIS by 8th March 2018.

The Tourism Alliance has provided a submission voicing concerns about the proposal to establish an apprenticeship levy on large employers. Chief of which is that it would be too bureaucratic and fails to take into account in-house training programmes.
