Within the member area you will see links in the left hand menu to manage your profile and manage your email subscriptions.

In the 'manage your profile' section you can update your email and postal addresses, contact details and choose whether you are listed in the search of registered users.

In the 'manage your email subscriptions' section you can choose whether or not to receive email alerts when new content is added to the website and select which items you are interested in.
