Tourism Alliance memorandum of association and articles of association

The Tourism Alliance Limited is incorporated under the Companies Act 1985 as a private company limited by guarantee and not having a share capital.

The company's objects are;

1. To operate a trade association to represent, promote and further the interests of member organisations involved in the UK tourism industry, and generally to advance the interests, standing and quality of the UK tourism industry.

2. To carry on any other activity whatever which can in the opinion of the board of directors be advantageously carried on in connection with or ancillary to any of the business of the company.
